The Gewurztraminer is coming along nicely, dry with some mineral tones. Still has a few weeks to lose the gas and fermentation aromas.
Everything else will be checked on this week.

The plum wine is coming along wonderfully! When the golden plums were all I had easy access to I wasn't sure what the outcome would be. I love GOLD! Easy there Goldie Wang...
The gold color is stunning and the plum flavor is in good balance with some acidity and sweetness. I need to do some back sweetening to get it to dessert level, but it is well on its way.
I hope you liked the tease. It won't be ready for two months.
